Top Lage, wenige Schritte zum Strand Znjan. Apartment sehr sauber, alles vorhanden (Fön, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Klima). Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Großer Balkon vorhanden. Supermarkt nur 5 min zu Fuß.

Loved the property...It just suited our needs for a 2 night stay over in Split before catching the flight home. The property has secure parking in an underground garage. Perfect for storing our rented motorcycle. Our host was always available and responsive throughout the stay and was very helpful with advice etc.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Including washing machine and dishwasher.

Good location and only a 20 minute bus ride (number 15) into the centre of Split). 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.Property was very well equipped for preparing all types of meals. Parking in a the front n house underground car park is a bonus.
Finally the host (Ivana) was very helpful and good communicator. She met us at the flat and fro died us with all the information we need to enjoy oy stay.
Front door key a little tricky to work the lock.

Very close to the sea (like 5 min walk), very nice newly build beach (really, a lot of work went into its construcion). Peaceful area. Mind that beaches in Split are mostly stones and gravel, as is the one closest to the appartment. Also it is several kilometers from the city centere - nice if you like peace, not so if you're there for the night life.
Also the gate in the "fence" was fun, we coulnd't stop joking about it.
Konoba Dalmatino is a great place to eat, well worth the walk. Also there is a path that cuts a third of the way, you just have to look for it (easy to spot from the Konoba's door, not so from below).
Not much infrastructure there - very few shops or restaurants (Konoba Dalmatino being a fortunate exemption). This will probably improve when all the construction work in the area is finally finished.
