We loved the people and the location - they were helpful and friendly - and we loved the dogs and cats kept us company and walked with us. Liliana the person who mainly looks after it was abroad and her husband and son were running things - language was a little tricky with them but we navigated it well, and we could communicate with Liliana on Whatsapp to ease things as her english is excellent - The location is magical, the ancient oak woods and the walks were resporative and peaceful.

what was troubling was the there were only a few blankets which did not serve us well on the double bed and it was cold initially - a duvet would have been much more appropriate - heaters were provided once we mentioned this. The bed was very squeaky , and when we actually mentioned it, they changed it immediately so we could enjoy quiet nights! The coffee maker was not functioning and this was replaced as soon as we mentioned it. The WiFi sadly was very poor and this was problematic for us - I ended up using a significant amount of my data using my hotspot which was also challenging because the signal was not so strong there. When we left we understood that they were getting help from the service provider.
