Out of the way, quiet and spacious

Apartment is very spacious.

It has three bedrooms but one bedroom is the connecting room to another. When one has to get up over night they have to go through that bedroom. It was not easy to find even with a GPS. Its in a very remote area but well worth it.

Etwas renovierungsbedürftig Sehr unbequeme Esszimmer Stühle Kein Salz und Klarspüler für die Spülmaschine, entsprechend war das Spülergebnis Schimmel in der Silikonfuge der Dusche Handtuchhalterung fällt fast runter (anschrauben)

Nie wieder! Nur für Gäste denen es komplett egal ist wie sie wohnen!

Wenn alles so wäre wie auf den Bildern bei Booking – kein Problem. Leider sieht die Realität wesentlich unerfreuliche aus.

Das Schlimmste die Sauberkeit - Schimmel in der Dusche, komplett verdreckte Fenster. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer damit ist kein ruhiger Schlaf garantiert. Generell ist die Wohnung extrem hellhörig. Ist jemand auf der Toilette hören die benachbarten Zimmer mit. Die Einrichtung ein zusammengewürfeltes Sammelsurium aus einer längst vergangenen Zeit. Die Küche löst sich in ihrer Bestandteile auf. Besonders schön auf den Bildern war die Terrasse anzuschauen. Man darf bloß nicht herunter sehen dort liegt der Müll der letzten Jahre.

Grosse Wohnung. Das Meer ist mit Auto schnell erreichbar

Begrüssung hat nicht stattgefunden, Schlüssel hat nur gesteckt. Persönlicher Kontalt hat niht stattgefunden. Außenbereich sehr verkommen und zugemüllt. Dachterrasse und Grill nicht sauber. Elektronik teilweise defekt oder nicht vollständig. Dachfenster im Kinderzimmer defekt. Schimmel in der Dusche. Keine Steckdose am Fernseher im Kinderzimmer. Der Kabel müsste vor die Tür gespannt werden, meiner Meinung nach ein No Go.

Super schön Unterkunft für 6 Personen mehr als ausreichend! Sehr ruhige Lage und ideal zum spazieren gehen mit den Hunden!

Die Entfernung zum Strand aber das hat uns eigentlich nicht unbedingt gestört!

Geräumige Wohnung mit großem Balkon

Ruhige und Erholsame Gegend. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ausreichend für 6 Erwachsene. Der Check in ab 12 Uhr ist super sowie das Vorhanden sein von Bettwäsche und Handtücher und ausreichend Geschirr.. Großer Balkon.

Allerdings sind uns auch mehrere Negativpunkte aufgefallen. Das Mobiliar in der gesamten Wohnung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine grundlegende Überprüfung des Geschirrspülers sowie der Mikrowelle und der Dusche sind dringend notwendig, den Duschkopf zb kann man nicht feststellen. Die Pfannen sind unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr gebrauchstüchtig. Die Wohnzimmerdecke sowie ein Teil vom Geschirr waren dreckig, das haben wir vor Gebrauch nochmal abgespült. Unsererseits wird dringend empfohlen all das vor der Übergabe an neue Gäste zu prüfen und ggf zu reinigen. Die Abtreter auf der Eingangstreppe verrutschen ... Hier besteht erhöhte Achtsamkeit.

Ruhig gelegene FeWo

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung. Genug Platz für 6 Personen und großem Hund. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und wir konnten die Vorzüge einer Fußbodenheizung in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Balkon ist auch sehr groß.

Schöne Wohnung mit nahezu kompletter Ausstattung.

Sehr schöne Lage, große, ruhige und helle Wohnung, mit Fahrrädern kann das Auto stehen bleiben. Netter und schneller Kontakt zu den Vermietern. War für uns mit der Beschreibung und Navi einfach zu finden, Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus.

Die Matratzen waren jedem Zweiten viel zu weich, sehr schade.

Die Wohnung ist Groß und sehr Sauber, die Lage ist perfeckt, bisschen abgeschlagen von Boltenhagen aber das vielleicht auch gut so.
