About this apartment rental
It is located south of the province of Alicante, in the municipality of Torrevieja. Privileged place to enjoy the beach, water sports and also practice golf as there are numerous golf courses in a 40km area. Ideal for family holidays.
The building is located on the first line of the acequión beach.
The apartment has been recently renovated, has air conditioning and wifi. It is located on the fourth floor, which makes the views of the beach and the marina spectacular. It is in the acequión district, in the southern part of the city and with resident population throughout the year.
Surrounded by all kinds of services: supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants, pharmacy and the acequión health center without having to travel by car.
It is 15 minutes walk from the center of Torrevieja, the promenade, fairgrounds and leisure areas.
Torrevieja is very well connected to be a tourist place par excellence. It has a large bus station, the train station is in Alicante 40 minutes by car, the same as the airport of El Altet (Alicante) and 35 minutes from the airport of San Javier (Murcia)

El alojamiento es más amplio de lo que parece en el anuncio. Se duerme muy bien porque no hay ruidos y la situación es inmejorable: a 10 minutos andando del centro pero alejado del bullicio. La terraza y las vistas son magníficas. Repetiría sin dudarlo
