About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the ground floor of about 85m² and consists of the following rooms:, a living room / dining room, flat screen television, HD DVD, Satellite and sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, one bedroom room with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and one other room with a single bed, all rooms have air conditioning and HD TV as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bathtub
The apartment is equipped with towels, sheets, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to have a good stay
It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms
The apartment has a patio of 140m square
Composed with solar shower, garden furniture and a porch to enjoy the hot summer nights
The beach is about 500 meters away. It can be accessed through a ramp, so it can also be carried, for example, a child seat or car. The center of the town, where there are restaurants and supermarkets, is 200 meters away. We also have the natural pools on the Vistalegre promenade in the direction of the cura beach, about 500m away.
Playa del cura about 1000m. and la mata beach about 5km, las Habanera shopping center 2000m, and la Zenia boulevard mall about 9km Villamartin golf course 14km, aguapolis water park about 2km
As the apartment is so central we have a restaurant 200m away from the happy sight 300m seaport where is the leisure area to spend good evenings on hot nights 300m
The closest airport is San Javier 30km and Alicante 42
This area is also popular with salt lakes that are very similar in mineral composition to Israel's Dead Sea salt, which is known for its therapeutic effects.
