About this apartment rental
Apartment T1, Floor 0, with private garden and barbecue, communal pool, located in a very quiet and quiet corner in Areias S. João, Albufeira, very close to everything you need to spend a good holiday in the Algarve, with car or without car: beaches 800 meters, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, bakery, banks, laundry, health services, etc. The room has a double bed, in the living room a sofa bed for one or two people, kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric plate, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and various kitchen utensils. Free Wi-Fi.

Our host was great, went over and above to make us feel so welcome, the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, added bonus having sunloungers in our own private garden, close to bars and restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic, clean, cosy apartment.
Has everything you require for an enjoyable stay.
Maria the owner was so welcoming and lovely.
She left some honey on our arrival, my partner loved it and even bought some to bring home.
Would definitely recommend, the apartment is close to everything you need.
Also a beautiful private garden to relax in.

We stayed at the apartment in early September and we were lucky to have amazing weather (around 27 degrees). The apartment is modern and very clean, and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Within the first couple of hours we felt very much at home. We cooked in the apartment every night (using either the electric hob or the outdoor grill). Note that there is no oven. There were many utensils to help us with preparing meals and this made it easy to cook a variety of dishes. Some coal was left to get us started on the outdoor grill which was kind.The absolute highlight of the apartment is the private garden area, which the apartments located above the ground floor do not have access to. This catches the sun nearly all day and it is great for sunbathing. There is also an outdoor table and chairs which we ate dinner on every night. The pool is within 10 seconds of the garden and often we found that we were the only people who used the pool, which made it feel completely private. The pool is of decent size and is deep in places. You can walk to Praia de Oura (beach) within 15 minutes and bars and restaurants reached within 10 minutes. There was a Spar and a larger supermarket located within 5 minutes of the apartment (walking). A car was by no means necessary. Maria (owner) was such a lovely woman and helped us in any way she could. We would both highly recommend couples, friends and families to come to this apartment. Amazing - thank you!
