It is in the tourist area of Oura.
It is close to the beach. It is located +/- 900 meters from Oura beach.
All nightlife, Rua da Oura (strip), is 5 minutes walk.
No car needed.
It has parking at the door.
It is very peaceful.
Very quiet neighborhood in winter. In summer the neighborhood has a lot of nightlife and tourist fun. Zone of bars, restaurants, hotels, commerce and services.
You can travel on foot throughout the Albufeira area. Albufeira is a small town. No need for a car. The city bus stop is 200 meters away.

- Time of silence. 23.00h to 08.00h.
- Music or loud noises that disturb the neighborhood are not allowed.
- The condominium and good neighborhood rules are to comply.
- Youth groups are not accepted.

The apartment was close enough to everything, we had shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars 2 minutes or less walking. The apartment wasn’t located by the main road which was perfect as we didn’t heard traffic or people. Apartment is Perfect for families with big or small kids, car park and private swimming pool, our boys loved it and we did to. Can’t wait to go back

Well equipped and clean apartment, 10 mins walk to beach. Handy to the strip.
Good restaurants nearby. Quiet and clean pool area.
Maria was a wonderful host even driving us to the supermarket on our first night because the others were closed
