Convenient to visit my son who is terminally ill .
Needs to have a general clean up , lots of marks on the walls , paint peeling above kitchen window , furniture not very clean

Great location, nice to be cooking on gas. Well equipped and easy parking nearby.
As I stayed for a week a bigger bin in the kitchen would have made it easier. Very small detail.

Its location
It is grubby, dingy run down, damp and cramped.
One armchair is broken, the sofa is dirty, the toilet seat is chipped, the stairs carpet is frayed and it needs a good paint throughout.
No bedside tables and lamps and no full length mirror.
Landlord told us we could park in the adjacent carpark but the owners objected when we did.
