When renting, consider size of house, sleeping arrangements, depth of water, water accessibility from house, swimming conditions and proximity to retail establishments/grocery stores. This home is close to everything yet secluded from city noise. It is just minutes by boat to restaurants and H.S. Marina/launch ramp. Great for swimming and fishing. It is just off the main channel so swimmers aren't swamped with boat waves. It has a large deck that gets sun and shade at the same time. Fire pit, grill. It is very relaxing. It sleeps 8 adults (4BR-3 are king beds) + 2 children (inflatable mattress).

Lots of room and lived the charm of the house and lake. Owner took care of issues as soon as possibly. The only complaint we had was it was not as clean as excepted and lots of spiders.

The overall property was good but when it can to the cleanliness, i was very disappointed. It was a guy there that was suppose to be cleaning but it was sex stains on the top cover and dog hair all over the place down stairs. The walls need a good wipe down as well. I was tired from the drive and should've not had to sweep up hair. I feel that i should be returned a cleaning fee cause it wasn't clean when we arrived.

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend on Lake Hamilton. We had all we needed to enjoy the lake eat good food and spend quality time with our family. The house is in a great location close to everything we needed. We loved floating in the lake. We would definitely do it again.

Roger was very accommodating to us and even allowed us to use the dock one night early. The location is great. The house is great for the three families that stayed. The deck is relaxing when it isn’t so hot outside. Theres also plenty of extra things like baggies and such in the kitchen which is nice. My 11 year old said if we ever come again, we should stay here:)

Great location…Great Lake views. Plenty of parking area for vehicles. Property was roomy and clean. The only thing that we were lacking were dish rags and towels in the kitchen. Needed some way to light the fire pit. No lighter. And the stairs going down to the walkout basement need a light overhead so you can see the steps going down.

A group of friends and I came to stay here and attend the Arkansas derby. Roger texted me promptly the morning of our check in with the code and to let me know that the property was clean and ready for checkin (a few hours early even!). We had a last-minute issue with our dog sitter and Roger was kind enough to allow us to bring them with us. We LOVED the patio, the grill, and that we all had our own bedroom to have our own space. The only suggestion I would have is to bring your own washcloths because the bathroom upstairs only had 2 which were quickly claimed with the 4 people staying upstairs. Overall I’d rent here again and again! Thanks for a great time at your lake home!

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling as 4 couples for vacation. We spent a lot of time on the covered deck and by the gas fire pit. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and lots of places to set. Nice view of the cove and in a quite neighborhood. Inside was laid out well with 2 sets of bedrooms that shared a bathroom. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The living spaces had comfortable seating that could accommodate plenty of people. There were some parts of the house that could use some repairs and some extra cleaning but nothing that effected our stay negatively. The host was very nice and responded to any questions we had quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great place with all the comforts of home! Love being right on the lake in a quiet cove. Pontoon rental and groceries close by too. Plenty of room for 7 people. Quaint house. Great view of one of the coves. Comfortable beds. Dryer doesn't work very well. Had to dry 4 beach towels 3 times on high heat to get dry. Old socks under night stand and dust along all baseboards. Spider webs throughout. We made the most of our trip and had an enjoyable time.

Went for a family trip with our adult children. Had an absolutely wonderful time. Love the dock as we were able to use our paddle boards as well as rent a boat one day and have easy access to the house. We will definitely be coming back!

Check in was easy, though we got there at night and had difficulty finding the light switches, but our iPhone flash lights came in handy. Beds were comfortable, but around 4am we were startled awake by what sounded like a robotic man’s voice shouting. More on this in a bit. In addition, there was a beeping sound every 40 seconds in one of the downstairs rooms that kept my family members staying down there awake. We couldn’t find the source of the beeping or the loud talking sound. A few of my family members kept looking for the source of the beeping and kept saying it sounded like it was coming from under the bed. They tried to look under the bed at one point and it was disgusting. There was so much dust, some trash, and dirty socks. Yuck. I texted the homeowner the next morning and explained the situations. They said it was likely smoke alarms that needed batteries changed but said there was nothing under the bed. The beeping continued and the loud robotic man’s voice happened two more times, so we ended up having the homeowners come and check on everything. They changed batteries in the smoke detectors which was apparently the issue and what the robotic man’s voice was (which was deafening and terrifying at 4am, for the record). They then realized what the beeping issue was that we had already told them sounded like it was coming from under the bed- they said they located a smoke detector shoved between the mattress and box springs of that bed. They told us it must have….

This property is absolutely beautiful and perfectly situated on Lake Hamilton. The views of the lake are breath-taking from BOTH platforms. The home was big enough to accommodate my family, mother-n-law, & our pet. We will definitely be rebooking this summer at THIS location. We were within 5 minutes of every major restaurant, grocery store, and other amenities. You will not be disappointed with this property.

The Beds were very comfortable. Our stay was very fun. The only thing was the Patio door kept blowing open until we figured out how to lock it. The deck was very slippery after the rain. Loved the place but would not recommend to small children due to the steep stairs.
