About this apartment rental
Deluxe smoke free ocean view unit with a new king size bed in a private bedroom. The living room has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses and an extra twin mattress to put on floor if needed. There is a couch, recliner and 55" TV in bedroom and living room. Full kitchen. You must be 25 years old to stay at Continental Condos. Sit on your private 3rd floor balcony and enjoy the beautiful views of the dolphins jumping in the emerald water. Please don't hang stuff over the balcony. Take an endless walk on the soft white sandy beach.
Gulf World Marine Park is directly across the street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Pier Park is a half mile away and has a movie theater, restaurants like Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, 5 Guys and many more. Gift & Souvenir shops, night life, dancing, ice cream shops, grocery needs, Wal-Mart, Target, Dillard's and an amusement park. The pier is great for fishing as it's the longest one on the Gulf!

Overall property seems to be well taken care of… the condo itself was just as advertised! Owner was very friendly and responsive. I’m looking forward to returning maybe even this summer again!

Enjoyed the layout of the condo as I’m an early bird but my wife isn’t. She could peacefully sleep while I attended to my routine of coffee and checking emails. The owner is very responsive and attended to our needs promptly.

Location- location- location.....close to beach, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants or very short drive. Clean and staff friendly. Will definitely go back!
