About this house rental
Eagle Watch on Lake Nottely is a cozy 3 bedroom/3 bath home on the shores of Lake Nottely. There is one bedroom (queen bed) and one bathroom on the main level. The upstairs has a large open loft with a king size bed and a bathroom. Downstairs has a large bedroom with a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. The downstairs level also has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a washer/drier available to guests downstairs. Our house has two large decks offering views of the lake and the mountains. We have a large fire pit area with views of the water and the mountains. We have plenty of outdoor seating on the both decks and the fire pit area for relaxing and viewing the lake. A hot tub was added in 2023. There are steps leading down to our dock to allow for fishing, swimming, or a place to park your boat (in the spring and summer months). There are smart tvs located on each level. Wi-fi available. Union Co. GA STR #024072

Lake Nottely is beautiful and this property is situated on the very southern tip. The Dock really makes this property perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake. Not being able to jump off of the top was really disappointing to all of the kids, but they made the best of it. The house itself was fine; the beds were very uncomfortable and provided very little support. The house is situated right on the road, so ingress/egress was very tricky, and it would be impossible to accommodate a boat or any trailer. We very much enjoyed our time but will probably look for a different property when visiting again.

1st - let's get slightly negatives out of the way. Bottom level has no bathroom, with kids not a negative. Driveway a tad tricky to figure out the 1st time with busy road in front, but manageable. Main floor of house is senior friendly, but lake, fire pit & other 2 floors have lots of stairs.
With that out of the way, none of this took away from our vacation! It was fabulous! The owners were the best, quick to help with questions. House was fully stocked & then some! Fire pit was a big hit! And the lake is so very peaceful! We would highly recommend! A BIG THANKYOU!

Megan and Troy's home was the perfect peaceful getaway! The home is spacious and has everything you might need, and if not Walmart is right down the road. Also, so many outdoor activities to do in just a short distance! Look forward to booking a second stay in the future!!
