About this house rental
Welcome to our home! We have enjoyed our home since purchasing about 5 yrs ago. We have loved making memories with our family and friends and hope you will be able to do the same.
We have a lakefront cottage with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house has sleeping space for up to 6 adults plus children. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a king. The house also has built-in bunks. There is an open concept living area upstairs with great views of the lake and mountains. It has a large tv for watching the big game or that late night movie. Downstairs is a second living area for the kids or additional guests. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas with seating for everyone with meals prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. A great screened porch allows for early morning coffee as you watch the fish jump and the fog clear from the lake.
Our home offers over 200 ft of waterfront with a covered boat/swim dock. You can spend the day on the water in view of Georgia’s own Brasstown Bald. We are within close proximity to 2 of the marinas on Lake Nottely making it easy to rent a boat or jet skis for the day or longer. Our dock is available to tie your boat to. Our boat is not available for rent. We do offer a canoe and two-man kayak to enjoy the lake at a slower pace. Be sure to bring your fishing gear. Lake Nottely offers great sport fishing.
We are located within minutes of downtown Blairsville making it convenient for that quick trip to the grocery or dinner out at one of the many restaurants available. The downtown area also offers several quaint shops. We’re only a 20 minute drive to either Hiawassee or Blue Ridge, both of which offer even more shopping and dining options.
We have parking space for 3+ cars making a great for groups.

Very accurate description of property through photos. Nice decor, lots of games and playing cards. The only thing that would make it perfect would be to have a hot tub. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and very comfortable in living area. Had a slight problem with downstairs TV not working initially. Also had an odd experience with upstairs TV. Someone named Todd kicked us out of YouTubeTv while we were watching a football game. That was a little strange but we finally got back in. A suggestion—there were a lot of cobwebs in the house around cabinetry in kitchen and in corners in the house and around the deck areas and chairs outside. I understand that it’s the mountains and the lake but perhaps a closer attention to detail cleaning would be a plus. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed downtime from being in the suburbs. Very nice hosts.

We enjoyed our stay. The grill was a bit rusty, so we didn't use it, and the ladder on the dock had been left in the water a little too long, likely by previous renters, but I'm sure those issues will be addressed. Paige was easy to communicate with. A/C worked great! We enjoyed the swing on the back patio. Convenient location to the marina, easy to rent a boat and drive 2 minutes to the cabin. We enjoyed the kayak as well! Would definitely stay again.

This is a nice clean and comfortable cabin. It can be little tricky exiting the driveway. Overall it worked great for our group!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. The property is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. From kitchen essentials to cozy linens and even travel size essentials for any items you forgot to bring. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing dock. We spent hours enjoying the serene lake views and fishing. Access to the kayak and canoe included was a fantastic bonus. We loved paddling around the lake, taking in the natural beauty and tranquility of Lake Nottley.
Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another peaceful retreat by the lake!
