The location of this property is good with a great view. The property is very clean and is practically equipped with everything you will need for a short stay. The host is very kind with welcome message and instructions before arriving. It was a pleasant stay for our family. Will strongly recommend to other friends.

Regelrechte aanrader

Heerlijk ruim huis met goede bedden. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Al met al helemaal top

Helaas was de deur naar het balkon stuk waardoor die niet open kon, maar we hadden een mogelijkheid gekregen om zelfs een ander vakantiehuis te gebruiken, dus ook daar valt niets op aan te merken

Geen stromend water Rookmelders zonder batterij Brandblusser 7 jaar over keuringsdatum Vluchtweg deur niet te openen enz enz enz Verhuurder Walter Hofmann was niet bereikbaar ! Graag wil ik alle gebreken melden maar daar is deze bericht ruimte te klein voor 🙈

Die Lage und die Aussicht

Für befreundete Pärchen ungeeignet, da das Bad nur durch ein Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Es riecht muffig im Treppenhaus und auch teilweise in der Wohnung, da das Bad kein Fenster hat und die Lüftung mit dem Licht ausgeht. Sofa müsste gereinigt werden, da es seh stark riecht.

Apartment war ok, konnten sogar früher rein:-) als da was man braucht, Kühlschrank groß genug und sauber, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster. Super wäre wenn diese Ausstattungen auch direkt auf der Homepage mit angegeben wären, erspart diverse Nachfragen:-). Das Bad ist nur über eines der Schlafzimmer erreichbar, diese Info hätten wir gerne vorher gehabt. Aber es gab noch ein separates gästeklo, war also ok. Leider hatte die Bettwäsche einen leicht muffigen Geruch. Auch der Backofen hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Das wurde auch schon in anderen Bewertungen angemerkt, bisher aber wohl nicht repariert.....

Info schon vorher dass das Bad nur über eines der Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Bettwäsche muffiger Geruch, Backofen hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Infos auf Website könnten ausführlicher sein (z.b. wenn Kaffeemaschine vorhanden - was für eine. Damit man weiß was für Kaffee man mitbringen muss)

Nette Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schöner Ausblick. Sehr unkomplizierter Check In und Check Out. Der Betreiber war sehr entgegenkommend bezüglich unserer Check In und Check Out Wunschzeiten.

Das WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ohne Tür mit der Küche verbunden und der tropfende Wasserhahn und der brummende Kühlschrank waren etwas nervig.
