Nearly had a flood with the shower as very powerful !

The location was literally opposite moet & chandon on the avenue de champagne, the bed was very comfy the room was spacious, with a view overlooking the avenue de champagne, breakfast was good, the ladies were really nice and nothing was too much trouble

The bathroom had a wet room shower but it literally all turned into a wet room, the water just didn't want to go down the plug hole, we layed extra towels on the floor to stop the water escaping into the bedroom but it didnt effect our overall opinion of the hotel

Great location, at the start of Avenue de Champagne and very cose to the centre of town. Also, the link with Andre Bergere was good as it provided free car parking space at the other venue (albeit a 5 minute walk away) and a complimentary glass of nice champagne.

The bed was very small and uncomfortable, with a very thick duvet (far too thick for summer, and therefore the choice was between sweating with it or being cold without it) and very old and scratchy bedding - not the standards you would expect for this room category and price. Also, there were no towel holders in the bathroom, so towels had to be kept piled up on odd surfaces, and there wasn't the customary small/large mirror in the room. The breakfast buffet was served in a very narrow space, so that it was chaotic to approach it if other guests were there too, and trays were always empty, as the one person looking after it could not keep up with replenishing things. Also, the rear courtyard, the only outdoor space available which was also a much-needed extension of the breakfast sitting space, was more like a dirty carpark than a space suitable for guests.
