Lage der Wohnung, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist top

Tolle Lage direkt gegenüber der Therme und ganz nah zum See und Kurpark. Die Wohnung hat ein großzügiges Wohn- und Esszimmer, außerdem einen schönen Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und der Wohnungsverwalter war super nett und sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit!

Gute Lage in Seenähe!
Nicht zeitgemäße Betten, sind zu tief, sehr weich und knarren beim Bewegen. Ein guter Topper würde das Schlaferlebnis schnell aufwerten. Gummierte Schutzbezüge fördern auch nicht gerade das Schlafgefühl. Die Toilettenspülung benötigt dringend ein Update.

Das Appartement ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral.
Die Ausstattung ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen sind viel zu weich, Bettwäsche schon löchrig und die Handtücher ausgefranst. Die Beschreibung auf Booking ist irreführend. Unter beliebteste Merkmale stehen Pool, Sauna/Wellness und Fitness. Es fehlt der Hinweis, dass die sogenannte „Residenz“ über nichts dergleichen verfügt, sondern gegenüber der Saarow Therme steht und man nur dort Pool, Sauna etc. nutzen kann und das zum vollen Preis (minus 10 Prozent bei gezahlter Kurtaxe).
