Die Nähe zum See und zum Zentrum vom Ort.Und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Wir hatten kein festen Parkplatz.Die Tiefgaragenplätze sind nur für flache Autos geeignet.So mußten wir öfters abends nach einem Parkplatz suchen

Sehr gute Lage nahe zum See, Promenade, Therme usw. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr hell.
Leider haben die Betten sehr laut geknarrt, bei jeder Bewegung, ansonsten waren sie aber sehr bequem. Der vorhandene Parkplatz war in einer Tiefgarage mit Doppelparkern, also 2 Plätze übereinander, bei einer Höhe von mehr als 150 cm war Schluss. Da ging auch unser Kleinwagen nicht rein. Immerhin konnten wir die Fahrräder da abstellen. Auf der Straße gab es nur einen befestigten Parkplatz.
