Gute Lage, nur wenige Meter zum Wasser. Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung, auch für Kinder (Erlebnisbad, Spielplätze, Spielehaus, Strand usw.)
Diese Wohnung enthält einen Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage. Leider passen nicht alle Fahrzeugtypen rein. Vor dem Haus sind augenscheinlich genug Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, allerdings darf man dort nicht parken. Strafe 50 €, nach der 3 Stunde 70 € Lediglich ein Spielstraßenschild weißt darauf hin.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, ganz unkompizirte Schlüsselübergabe bei An-u.Abreise. Alles was man braucht in einer Ferienwohnung war vorhanden. Besonders gut ist die Lage., mit Blick auf den Scharmützelsee.
Nicht gefallen hat mir die Parkplatzangelegenheit. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden , aber nur für Autos bis max 1.50m Höhe.
