Lovely aspect, looking over the harbour. Great location for beach, shops and restaurants. A well equipped kitchen with utensils. Quiet location, with a nice welcome from the owners.

We made an excellent choice, and will certainly return.

Laurent gave us plenty of very useful advice, and was very helpful in making our stay extremely comfortable. The apartment is very clean and modern and equipped to a high standard and it’s position is ideal. The view from the terrace is stunning. There is plenty of free parking right outside the property. There are many restaurants and shops very close by, and the beaches are a short walk away.

The underground car park is very small and is really only accessible if you have a small car.

A perfect place for two people in a perfect little harbour town.

We couldn't have expected more from our stay. Laurent and France met us at the station on arrival and also delivered us to the station for our journey back to the UK. The apartment is very compact and very modern. It has a balcony overlooking the quayside and is situated just above street level so there is plenty to see. Handy for bars and buying groceries if you are home cooking. We didn't have a car but the underground parking space was ideal for our hired bikes, nice and safe. The sofa bed was very comfortable and finally there was plenty of hot water for the welcoming shower. Highly recommended. Phil and Julie , UK

Uitstekende locatie, zeer vriendelijke host. Klein maar fijn. Parkeer garage aanwezig

Tres belle situation, accueil chaleureux. Le studio est assez petit, et pourrait être mieux équipé.

Les propriétaires sont très sympas et nous avons été très bien accueillis. La situation est très agréable, nous sommes à La Baule, l’endroit est calme même si près d’un port. Le studio est près de la plage (10 minutes à pied), et l’on a la possibilité de faire de belles promenades en vélos, vélos qui sont mis à votre disposition si vous n’en avez pas. Enfin, vous avez la possibilité de vous garez facilement (en soirée) en face de l’appartement. Fort heureusement ceci dit, car le parking au sous-sol n’est pas facile d’accès pour une voiture de gabarit moyen. Il vaut mieux être bon pilote. Nous avions nos vélos et nous avons utilisé cet emplacement pour les garer en toute sécurité.

Assez petit et l’équipement n’est pas vraiment top. Je m’attendais à mieux vu les cotations attribuées.

Séjour professionnel : comment joindre l’utile à l’agréable.

Adorable appartement idéalement situé en face des bars et restaurants mais dans une rue plus calme avec des places de stationnement gratuite. Idéal pour tout faire à pied facilement au Pouliguen ou rejoindre la plage de la Baule. Literie confortable et nuit très calme. Dommage qu’on ait pas eu le temps de tester les vélos! Super séjour pour nous!

Un goût de trop peu, je reviendrai !

Emplacement idéal pour profiter des environs à pied. Plages et commerces à proximité. L’appartement est fonctionnel, très propre, avec un parking et des vélos à disposition. On est accueilli par des propriétaires soucieux de notre bien-être et qui aiment leur région. Ils nous font profiter de bons plans. Je recommande !
