Come and stay in this apartment moored close to Le Pouliguen harbour, in a lively environment, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Here, you will be able to enjoy the sea air and views of the boats at any time of day. From the apartment, you will be able to walk to the town centre to enjoy the terraces, shops and treat yourself to a good ice cream, and you will only have a few metres to walk to reach Nau or Benoit beach to swim and enjoy the sun on the warm sand.
The bonus of the apartment is undoubtedly its balcony where you will love to savour a good coffee or stop to read whilst enjoying the view over the marina.
The living area is an open and modern space, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press) and a round table where you can enjoy your meals. Then a lounge area, ideal for a bit of television before going to bed.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, the first awaits you for a good night's sleep in its large double bed and in the second, you simply need to unfold the sofa bed and snuggle up in it.
