Antiguo Molino de San Jerónimo

This is one of the best hotel stays ever. The hotel is in a lovely converted grain mill. It has wonderful ambiance and a friendly, concerned staff. Edgar was so helpful and kind to us, even before we arrived. We loved the breakfast! Prepared to order and the staff are very accommodating with changes. If you've read other reviews, you will find the issue of having to knock/ring to get in. This is a bit inconvenient but it provides great security also. Just make sure you know which door to go to and where the bell is. The rooftop is lovely. We didn't go up until our last night when we took 2 glasses and a bottle of wine to relax outside.

There is not a 24 hr desk. Security is on site 24 hours, however. This is not a large hotel so keeping staff all night may be impractical. There are contact numbers. This was not a problem and we would definitely stay here again.

Our boys loved staying in this beautiful historic home in Mexico. We loved it so much - we extended our stay. Very safe and so peaceful at night.
