Tranquil, relaxing and utterly gorgeous.

Luca was an amazing host, very knowledgable about the area and where to go! The pool and gardens were amazing and so quiet, the apartments were clean, spacious and all had AMAZING views.

The only teeny tiny thing that is only a personal preference and doesn’t take away from the place itself is that there’s no onsite pool bar or shop but there’s a supermarket a 10 minute drive away.

A quiet and peaceful self catering apartment which is very well located with beautiful views towards Lake Garda. Luca was very accommodating with a library of recommendations. The free e-charging for our vehicle was a definite bonus!

We missed our wifi which was down after the storm.

Up a hill, which provides a nice view of the land around the hotel. Nice to have 2 pools. Very nice owner, gave us lots of info about what to do and where to go, incl. wineries and restaurants.

Perfect stay at Lake Garda

The appartment was spacious and well decorated and very beautiful. Bed was really comfortable. View over lake Garda was spectacular. Cleanlineness of the property. The host and owner Luca was outstanding. The key system was really simple and effective.

• The panoramic view • The air conditioning

•The house owner is terrifying and unpleadant. He controls you permanently and has an infinite number of house rules. You can't eat comfortably then he's back at the door. He himself stresses that it is a relaxation zone and you should be quiet, but he drives the lawnmower half the day. He accused us of having broken or dirty things that were already like this before. He yells at you and thinks he's got the best place in the world even though everything's cheap and unstable. The price-performance ratio is very poor and I would not recommend it to anyone. He will answer this review again with lies, but we are only happy to have the stay behind. • When we arrived, nothing was clean: the dishes were dirty from the previous one (melted cheese on plates, pudding leftovers in the glass...), the shower was not cleaned and calcified, the toaster could not be used because it was so rusty and dirty and so on.. • Much was different from the pictures, no upholstery on the patio furniture, no deck chairs etc. We could not enjoy the view because it was so uncomfortable. We were only offered a thin blanket as a base. Nothing was covered, with the slightest rain you had to go in. • The wifi was broken, the toilet paper or towels were never replaced, so we had to buy everything ourselves. The equipment was more than poor, the kitchen and bathroom are extremely small. It took forever for warm water to come and it tasted extremely chemical. • You have to pay for everything separately: Wellness (15€ per person, 1 hour), Breakfast (10€ per person, per day). The spa we could use only on one day for an hour. When we went to the apartment to get an ice cream, we came back and the owner had already turned off everything (sauna, whirlpool). 30€ for breakfast for a day was also a bit overpriced. • When our car was already totally smashed by the thunderstorm, he offered a covered parking space.

VERY BED AND FRIGHTEN FEELING!!! UNPLESENT PEOPLE!~ UNHAPPY PLACE

Greetings Unfortunately, it was bad, scary and terrifying, in fact we stayed on the street for 2 nights, since we were a group of 7, we called to find a free place at a reasonable price for our pocket to spend the night. On the first night, due to a blockage on the Milan road, we called the Garda to inform them that we would be late through no fault of ours The scary man slammed the phone with a message to the shopper that he was closed from 7:30. We had to book an alternative place elsewhere as we were on the road until 4 in the morning. The next day we arrived at the place at noon and he claimed that we didn't deserve it because we weren't there yesterday As you can see we bought 2 nights in advance. We arrived as 2 adults and told him that we had a baby with us, he said it was not allowed They asked him for a recommendation for another hotel in the area to put the truth and the new 3-year-old baby. Then he began an hour and a half shouting and swearing that we are liars and must want to hide the baby in the room All our protests and requests were of no avail, he threw us out of the compound and gave us a phone number to a neglected place where we sleep in a warehouse in the basement and are looking for a bed for our heads And don't think that we come from a luxurious villa in our own home In short, a place with a tyrannical and scary dictator who took our money the first time Returned our money the second night and threw us out on the street We have been clients of Booking for many years and expect that our shocking story will receive the appropriate attention.

, very unpleasant experience

NOTHING

First, It is our first time and I hope the last one that we experienced so unpleasant , troublesome and ugly situation. The owner was so rude and unpleasant that we decided it's not safety for us and kids to stay there and left the property after only one night (less than 12 hours stay) instead of 3 days. In addition, It is described on Booking website as 90 sq"m property however it is max 65 sq"m . Moreover Booking presents the property as 2 bedrooms, while there is only one-bed room and the other bunk beds (that supposed to be in a separate room, hence bedroom 2) were in the corridor (aisle) with no private door and adjacent to a stairway void. When we said to the owner that apartment does not have 2 bedrooms, he actually became "crazy" and start yelling at us and was very rude, with no willing to resolve the issue. BTW, we found an excellent property day after just 4 km away from where the owner was a gentelmen and very serviece oriented.

I can’t say enough about our Villa. The host was amazing and view from the Villa was gorgeous. The split level Villa was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked great! Loved it!

The internet was a little slow, but I didn’t go there to look at my phone. :)

A beautiful place to relax and have some wonderful days

Everything was perfect. Lucca is such a friendly and helpful host - he showed and explained us everything and was availiable for us when we needed something. The appartments were very nice, clean and there is everything you need. The whole estate is so beautiful, the view and small details - you feel like home. Me and my husband highly recommend the villa. We had some wonderful days to relax and enjoy our holidays. We come back for sure!

Schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir hatten das Apartment mir dem privaten Whirlpool. Das Anwesen ist wirklich schön, ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Es stehen zwei Pool für alle zur Verfügung. Auch einfache Trainingsgeräte sind außen für alle vorhanden. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig.

Leider war der private Whirlpool sehr kalt (man durfte ihn nicht heizen) und konnte somit nicht wirklich genutzt werden, was ich sehr schade fand da ich das Zimmer mit dem höheren Preis extra deshalb gebucht hatte. Das Schlafsofa ist leider abgesessen und somit sehr hart und unbequem zu schlafen. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist gut jedoch etwas klein. Schade fand ich, dass im Außenbereich die Beleuchtungen nicht alle funktionierten (Wegbeleuchtungen).
