    Having visited the Maldives multiple times over the years, I can confidently say this has been one of my favorite resorts so far. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was another highlight. The Italian cuisine was surprisingly authentic and good. While a few dishes were slightly on the salty side for my taste, the overall quality, variety, and presentation were outstanding. The all-inclusive package offered excellent value for money. Unlike many resorts where dining options can feel limited, the quality here remained consistently high across restaurants and bars. Even the in-villa dining menu exceeded expectations, with a great selection of well-prepared dishes that made room service a pleasure rather than just a convenience. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Maldives getaway.

    It’s the second time for our family at Baglioni. The resort service is impeccable, all the personnel is extremely kind and accommodating The beach villa and ocean villa are both outstanding with beautiful ocean views The food and All Inclusive packages are fully satisfying; it is really a place where you can just relax and forget about your regular life Exceptional service from RJ and his team at Taste restaurant , you will be treated as family Our concierge Fiana made our holiday completely carefree and organized all activities and booking for us Highly recommended for a family

    AVOID! There are many better options in Maldives. If you give them ANY feedback at all, they’re extremely dismissive. They don’t care about your experience once they have your money. This is NOT the Baglioni experience I expected after staying at the Regina property in Rome. The food and beverage manager, Swadha, is particularly AWFUL, but apparently she’s “in” with the managers at the Palace company that recently purchased the Baglioni brand. I showed a photo of broken GLASS on the ground at the pool bar, and she was so dismissive. Her response: “I know the team doesn’t put anyone to danger by leaving the floor open with glass pieces. Thanks for sharing anyways.” I don’t just report the glass, I showed a photo I took of it, and I encouraged the general manager to pull the CCTV footage to see all of the barefooted kids the staff had to stop from running through it. “Doesn’t put anyone to danger” my @$$. She should be fired. I wouldn’t let her work at 1 star let alone a 5 star. By the way, this was AFTER a glass water bottle shattered all over on the boat trip to see “whale sharks” (didn’t see any), and TWO people cut their feet on the glass shards. Not only did they ignore dietary restrictions, they just didn’t care. I’ve been to Maldives 5 times, and this was the worst (yet most expensive) experience. Everything felt like a fight. It was more like being sentenced to a Maldivian prison more so than staying at 5 star luxury resort. Beware!
