About this house rental
Located in a gated resort community just 5 minutes drive from Walt Disney World, this stylish 7 Bedroom true-luxury 2,827 sq. ft. holiday villa comes complete with private heated swimming pool and spa. Our home can accommodate up to 14 people, making it remarkably suitable (and affordable) for larger parties and family reunions.
Guaranteed to impress, the superb contemporary interior designed decor and attention to detail is second to none and will only be fully appreciated when you arrive and experience the style & comfort this home offers. The villa is a paradise for kids young or old and the games room includes a professional size pool table, Foosball and air hockey. The spacious family room boasts a large 57” TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The private, enclosed pool area is available from the sliding glass patio doors where you can relax on the upgraded patio furniture and enjoy the pool and spa. Relax in comfort in one of our 2 spacious living areas offering plenty of seating for all. A modern dining area is available in the formal room at the front of the home with seating for up to 8 guests and further seating for 6 available in the breakfast nook overlooking the pool. Our modern kitchen comes complete with all appliances and also includes all crockery, toaster, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
For the younger and active members of the group we have plastic plates, cups and bowls at hand, so no need to worry when they are lunching around the pool. The ground floor master suite is spacious and bright and has a king size bed,dressing table and bed side tables. Adjoining is the en-suite bathroom which boasts an over sized bath, walk in shower cubicle and a double vanity unit. An extra set of bed linen is available and can be located in the closets in each room. Upstairs are the additional bedrooms comprising of a further king bedroom with en suite, 2 queen bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. One twin room has been furnished with a 'Sponge Bob' theme and another in a Mickey Mouse theme, which we are sure the children will enjoy. A further 2 bathrooms are available on the upstairs floor to accommodate the further bedrooms.
You will find 32” flat screen TV's in each of the master king bedrooms and 26" flat screen TV's in the other bedrooms, all with integral DVD players. Within the utility room you will find a washer/dryer and other house wares to use during your stay. There are plenty of towels within the home and extras are stored in the linen cupboard next to the utility room.
The home is cleaned for your arrival and departure; however if you wish any additional cleans or services these can be arranged for an extra fee during your stay.
Guests can also access the clubhouse in the resort, with a large swimming pool and cabana, fitness center, tennis courts and business center.
We make booking arrangements with guests, and have an on-site property manager who deals with questions or problems that arise during your stay.

House is well laid out and located close to Disney. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Property needs quite a bit of maintenance, however, especially plumbing. Sliding door to patio was broken when we arrived and did not get fixed. A problem since there is now no childproof lock on door to pool.

We had a few of our families stay at this property for our Disney trip. It was cheap and did the trick but wasn’t very clean upon arrival and a lot of the furniture was pretty damaged and could use a spruce up! The check in process took forever with the line backed up so much. They should have more workers than just the one lady checking people in. There was mold in the downstairs shower, the carpets were filthy and had bits all over it, the toaster barely worked and the pool wasn’t heated as requested until we asked NUMEROUS times for it to be turned on. For what it was, and for the price, it was fine. The other house our family requested cancelled last minute and their air didn’t work so at least we had the ability to stay cool and had a place to stay for the trip!
