Absolutely loved our stay here. This was our 9th time to Florida. Been to Emerald Island a few times. We purposely chose Emerald Island as the proximity to eating places on US192 and the Disney Parks is perfect, and just as quick to get on the. I4. Loved the size of the villa, very modern and in a lovely street. Beautiful setting. Having 7 bedrooms and 4 en-suites was absolutely perfect size for us and for everyone’s privacy. The pool and lanai were a great size. This was one of our must haves when booking, along with the en-suites and big TV’s. Love a big lanai to dry clothes and still sit out and eat at night even when it’s raining. Again pool heat was a must for us even in August. Nice to come in from a hard day at the parks and relax in the pool and spa. We had a few teething problems with the villa, but Nick sorted out any issues we had instantly. He was fantastic!! Great communication and quick to reply. Thank you Nick for the fantastic service. We had a fantastic holiday!! We all have severe Disney Depression Can’t wait to be back!!
