About this house rental
I rent a beach house in Juréia with 4 bedrooms (2 suites) for the season. A TRIP THAT CAN'T GO WRONG EVEN IF THE WEATHER IS COLD. I HAVE A TRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEE (TO BE AGREED UPON).
Two-story house with 250m² of built area, located on the main avenue, 300 meters from the beach and 30 meters from the condominium's security gate.
It has accommodation for 12 people.
It has Wi-Fi, a heated pool (MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE) with hydromassage and waterfall, air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the other areas, a fireplace, barbecue, and more. A trip you can't go wrong with, especially since the pool is heated.
The house was renovated in 2021.
The place is fantastic for those who want nature and safety.
A country house on the beach.
The commercial area is 1500 meters away (Barra do Una) and the nightlife scene is 5 km away (Juquey).
There are 3 great beaches nearby to visit: Praia do Engenho (450 meters), Praia da Juréia (300 meters) and Bora Bora beach (450 meters) from the house.
Bora Bora beach is spectacular for seniors and children.
