This condo was as described. We loved the outdoor seating, AC in the bedrooms, and amenities available. The best part of this condo is the proximity to the coastline. It is steps away and the lanai is a perfect spot to watch the sea turtles and the sunrise. There were 3 turtles that visited the same spot every day searching for food. Overall, this condo provided enough amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We'd visit again.

This waterfront home was clean, quiet, and you could almost touch the water from the deck! Nice location for exploring Kona, but away from the busy city center. All of my days were exactly as described.

Rated 1 for communication and pool because we didn’t utilize either! There was no need to contact the property manager and we spent our time on the beach rather than the pool. We did do a walk by, and it seemed clean and nice! The house was clean and comfortable. It was amazing hearing the ocean from anywhere in the house and getting in and out of the community gate was a breeze!The beach access is very close, which was great! The public beach was fun and we saw lots of turtles!One downside is other neighbors started walking right through our patio area and we didn’t care too much for that, just be cautious as there aren’t any blinds for the sliding door.All in all, it was a nice place to spend a couple weeks! I cannot say enough about the view. It is what sells this property. The convenience of a market close by, a pool, and the safety of a gated community, all a plus. Housekeeper was entirely accessible as was the property owner. No complaints there. No AC and pitiful mattresses in both bedrooms, were a serious bummer. This is a great stay if you can do without some creature comforts.
