About this house rental
Enjoy Panoramic Ocean Views from your private lanais. Sunset views 365 days a year. Your only decision, whether to use the upstairs lanai with chaise lounge and cosy sitting area perfect for morning coffee or wine and cheese at sunset, or the downstairs lanai with outdoor seating for 6 (plus extra chairs if needed) while grilling dinner on your private grill.
Amenities galore in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath luxury air conditioned condo equip with everything to make your Hawaiian vacation amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, all the beach and pool equipment, games and movies. TV’s in each room with HD cable and free Wifi. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests. With more than 4 guests, a $15 fee per additional guest is charged per day.
REFUND POLICY: The initial reservation deposit is nonrefundable; however if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, the full initial reservation deposit may be applied to a new set of reservation dates in the same condo beginning anytime up to one year from the original check-in date (subject to availability). Full payment of the rental balance due is required 30 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellation made within 30 days of the check-in date results in loss of all payments.
Garage is available for personal item storage only. Beach chairs, matts, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels all for you to use.
Na Hale O Keauhou Resort is a gated community and features large pool area with hot tub and air conditioned exercise room.
Walking distance to snorkeling beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and movie theatre. For golf enthusiasts, recently reopened Kona Country Club is less than a five minute drive.
Longer stays (more than 21 days) may be eligible for reduced rate.

We stayed here for a week with our family, including our 10 and 11 year old children. I highly recommend this place for families. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook meals at home and garage was well stocked with beach accessories. The place is very spacious and clean. We loved the ocean view from the lanai.

we loved staying here! the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, etc - everything we needed for making meals. beds were comfortable. more than enough room for the 3 adults and 3 kids in our group. the community pool was clean and inviting, great beaches minutes away (our kids esp loved magic sands). lots of pool and beach toys. would def stay here again.

This is an awesome condo! Super well equipped: beach chairs, bags, coolers, and beach towels. The owner is great to work with. This was our second stay in this unit and we will definitely stay here again. It has a nice ocean view from the patio … great for watching the sunset. Grill on the patio. Lots of spices in the kitchen. 10/10!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Pam & hubby's amazing condo. I join all previous visitors in thanking Pam for stocking her home with literally everything that might be needed while vacationing on the island. We were 2 couples in our 50s and took advantage of the well stocked kitchen as well as the gas grill. We appreciated the multiple sized coolers/bags, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, washer/dryer. There were also incidentals such as sunscreen and aloe vera gel at the condo along with miscellaneous personal care items. The entire experience beginning with the drive into the condo complex which is beautiful and nicely landscaped. That sets the stage for the first walk in to a tastefully furnished living room/dining room area with a wonderful welcome basket awaiting! The beds were comfortable and the closeness of the ocean allowed for beautiful sounds of waves when sleeping with the bedroom sliding doors open (2 of the 3 bedrooms are ocean views). Pam's suggestions included in the Home binder were great and there is also a copy of a travel guide book on the book shelves under the TV that provides more information. The pool is not crowded in the evenings and the jacuzzi is large enough to allow for several groups to enjoy it at once. Pam is very responsive and easy to contact. I would love to return to her Hawaiian home oasis. Thank you so very much for helping to make our first trip to Hawaii so memorable.
