Très calme car hors saison et accessible à pied sur St Jean de Monts. Plage à côté. Logement très agréable / tout confort / Plusieurs couchage et terrasse devant comme derrière. Vélo à disposition et très fonctionnel.
Manque de luminaire mais beaucoup de lampe. Prise au rez de chaussée manquante mais suffisante à l'étage. Pour la saison d'Avril : logement un peu humide / radiateur disponible (non utilisé car vu à la fin du séjour) mais nous n'avons pas eu froid.
