If you want calm, comfort, proximity to the ocean, sun, access to cycle paths, our house - Le Pré Saint Joseph - is located 400m from the Plage des Demoiselles, in a quiet and sought-after residential area. You will find small shops and restaurants within walking distance. Cycle path at the foot of the house, for hikes by the sea or in the forest.
The house, classified ***, located on a plot of 124m², in a landscaped area, is bordered by two small private and enclosed gardens each with their beautiful terrace. A sheltered garden furniture, and a dining area are set up in one of the gardens. A breakfast area awaits you in the other garden. 2 deckchairs are at your disposal. The garage can be used as a bicycle shelter. A car parking space is located just in front of the house.
The house, 64m², completely renovated, warm, bright, comprises:
An independent fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Washing machine in the garage.
A living room with dining room and living room with large screen TV.
A sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (new bedding):
• 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 twin beds 80x200 that can be joined)
• 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet
• 1 master suite (1 double bed 160x200) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
• Baby equipment (High chair, changing table, travel cot, bathtub)
This house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
PRICE 2026:
From €690 to €1,080 per week depending on the period. Payment 25 % at the time of booking, the balance 1 month before arrival. Tourist tax not included per day per adult. Rental possible by the night in mid season. Minimum 3 nights. Deposit 1100 €.
