This quaint, cozy cape style home has three Bedrooms One full Bath, outdoor shower, large sunporch and deck. It is located about two miles from Dennis Beaches and has a fresh water pond a short walk away. Only three weeks remain available in July and August!
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two TVs and WiFi.
Within Dennis, besides the great beaches, you can visit the Dennis Cape Theater, Cinema, Sesuit Harbor, Scargo Tower, restaurants and shops or just relax on the beach!
We are also pet friendly. There are conservation trails around Flax Pond.

The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was as described in the listing. The host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again. The surprise was that a second bathroom had been added in the basement.

Great place to enjoy all the Cape has to offer! Quiet neighborhood with a walking path around the nearby pond. The owners were available to answer questions and help if there was a problem. We have returned for a number of years and will do again next year as well!

We have stayed here during the summer for the past four years. The place is perfect for us-lots of room, close to the beaches, near a preserve to walk the dog, a deck to sunbathe in and a quiet neighborhood. The owners are accommodating and available. We will be back next year!

We had never been to Cape Cod and now love it!!! We arrived at the house and due to covid, I was a bit nervous. The house is well stocked with items such as cleaning supplies, linens, towels, beach chairs. I can go on and on! I loved how quiet and private we were. My husband and I enjoyed having coffee on the deck and going for walks near the lake down the road. Our favorite beach which allowed my cavapoo on was Mayflower beach. It was a short ride and the beach was so nice. Our communication with owner was great and she answered all our questions. I loved that we arrived to the home and a welcome basket was waiting for us. We will be vacationing here again and again. Thank you Karen for allowing us and Miley to stay at your home!! :-)
