Escape to the Cape in an idyllic year round historical community, located on the tranquil north side of Rte. 6A. This peaceful neighborhood is within a 5 minute walk to walking trails out to the ocean flats & the smell of ocean air. Once you've settled in & decided your plans, step out to all the vibrant towns this peninsula has to offer you for your well earned vacation. Oliver's Restaurant conveniently located within walking distance with family friendly prices and winning seafood & land-food alike. Peterson's Market, a fully stocked deli/take out/grocery/wine & beverages/& necessities is a short walk away.
Waking to the sounds of the flip flop community, you'll want to take advantage of the excellent breakfast spots that will be sure to gain a place in your photo album. Grumpy's, The Landing, The Red Cottage, to name a few will keep you satisfied well into late afternoon. How about a trip into Provincetown? The farthest town on the Cape, travel to this historical town takes you through all the towns of the Lower Cape and is definitely worth the hour drive. More in the mood for driving a cart across the golf course? A mere 3.5 miles gets you to Bayberry Hills Golf Club, a public golf course open year round. Kings Way Golf Club 0.6 miles, Blue Rock Golf Club 2.8 miles, and Dennis Pines Golf Club 4.4 miles are also open to the public Yummy deli sandwiches and coffees, drinks for the whole family at The Chatham Bakery & Cafe will keep you going as you explore the unique downtown of Chatham on the elbow of the Cape. Wash Ashore was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 4, and sometimes 6 of us. Tudi is super responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location is convenient to area beaches, and the farm at the end of the road is a nice place to walk around!

We had a fantastic time at Tudi's place last week. The property was clean, had everything we needed and was so comfortable for my children, husband and I. The location can't be beat for access to the bayside beaches. We absolutely hope to return again!

Great communication from the start. Check-in was very easy and the location is great! Close to Mayflower Beach (perfect for families and younglings). The house is very well equipped and comfortable: there’s dedicated AC in every bedroom and common spaces. Only «issue »: the water heater was turned off so we had to flick the switch on but it was solved in 3 minutes 😊. Thanks and to Tudi for the recommendations and great availability. I very highly recommend Wash Ashore!

The house is very pretty and well set up for as a vacation home. It’s great that there are three bedrooms, we can actually have friends come to visit. Location is great, very close to Mayflower Beach and Peterson’s market. There are many beach accessories for a family to use which is a plus. We’ve been renting for three years and are very happy with Wash Ashores
