The unit is located next to the Sun Ridge Pool complex. Enjoy the many amenities such as tennis, basketball, pickleball courts, 3 outdoor pools, kids splash zone, 20 person hot tub. Outdoor pool bar & grill and snack shack.
Bayside Health & Aquatic Club!! This facility is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with saunas and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment!!
The waterfront community pier and nature trails provide a great opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty that Bayside has to offer. "The Point" features a fishing pier, kayaking, paddle boarding, and a fire pit.
Besides the various amenities throughout the community, there is also the award-winning Freeman Stage with a full slate of summer entertainment including live dancing, music, and children's programs.
The community also offers the award-winning 18 holes Jack Nicklaus Golf course, sure to challenge golfers of all levels. It has a full-service clubhouse & pro shop with dining options that include "Signatures Restaurant”.

This was a perfect getaway for our family! Pool is right across the street from the unit which was perfect to bring our youngest back for his afternoon nap. The unit is very clean and the owners could not have been more responsive or helpful. 5/5 stars!

We needed a place for our dance Nationals that were taking place in Ocean City, MD and knew that we wanted some extra room that a hotel on the beach wouldn’t give us. A few others had recommended Bayside as a location and when we found John’s listing it felt like the perfect match - and we weren’t wrong! Location was only about 20 minutes to the convention center - perfect amount of time considering that we had to drive into OC about 4 of the 5 days we were there.
John was great with providing info and getting our guest amenities passes booked for us! The condo was super clean and beautiful. Close to the main outdoor pool which was a bonus - wished we could have spent more time there! John was on top of all correspondence with us and a great host.
If we find ourselves back in OC for another Nationals in the years to come I will for sure be coming back to this listing to book!
