The spacious, three-story interior is rich with comfortable furnishings and inviting decor. For easy at-home meal planning, the full kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There's also a coffee station with traditional drip and K-cup options. After a fun-filled day, there's plenty of room for everyone to gather in the living room, equipped with a smart TV and a selection of classic board games. The gas fireplace provides added warmth and ambiance for chilly nights.
In addition to the beautiful front porch, balconies off the kitchen and living offer a sunny spot for morning coffee and happy hour beverages.
Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local Vacasa team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable 3 story townhome, in a beautiful neighborhood and golf community. Nice to have a porch and balcony. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well stocked kitchen.

Can’t say enough great things about this townhouse. The living room/dining room space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The bedrooms are clean and the bed we slept in the master was SO comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to host dinner and bake desserts. The house was well air conditioned and always felt amazing walking in after a long hot day on the beach. We loved the porches, and our 2 dogs loved how much space they had to explore. The townhouse is located in a neighborhood that is so well kept, it almost reminded me of Disney World. We will be renting this house again in the future!

This home is very nice from the pictures and from the outside. The inside decor and furniture was decent. The beds could be better, hard mattress and low beds. While I was at this property, I experience ants in the master bedroom in the bathroom and in another bedroom. I advised the property manager via videos and pics and they told me they inspected the property and they saw no ants. So no resolution from them and they did t want me to speak to owner. In addition, the master bathroom had mold all over the shower. I wish I could post pictures so everyone can see! The shower was so nasty I didn’t want to take a shower in it. I used another bathroom. Just beware of what you see online. Furthermore, property management isn’t that helpful. For the price I paid for this stay, I should not have had to experience the ants all over the house and nasty moldy shower.
