The Space:
Just minutes to the Delaware and Maryland beaches, this Bayside resort home - at 2,618 square feet - features great vacation spaces inside and out. The first floor features hardwood floors and crown molding and is home to the living area and an updated well-equipped kitchen, as well as the rear screened porch and deck, complete with updated furniture and a hard-piped gas grill. Converted into a game room, the garage is now an entertainment hub, including foosball and Ping-Pong. In-home amenities include central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer. Four TVs, a Blu-ray player, and WiFi are available for guest use. Plus, three kids scooters, cornhole, foosball and Ping-Pong will help bring the fun. *BAYSIDE RESORT AMENITIES - Heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool - Two outdoor pools - Children’s splash zone - Hot tub - Fitness center with a multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment - Jack Nicklaus Signature Bayside Resort Golf Course - Seven tennis courts - Basketball court - Sand volleyball court - Kayaking and paddleboarding (seasonal) - Nature trails - Stocked ponds - Community pier - Meeting and banquet facilities - The Freeman Arts Pavillion - On-site snack bars and tropical bars - Beach shuttle (Memorial Day to Labor Day) *Guests can only access the amenities for an optional per-person fee that varies by season. The house was clean, except the garbage disposal had a strong odor. Had to purchase cleaner. Bedding was very stained and worn. The garbage cans were full when we arrived. Great location and communication.

We came into town for a lacrosse tournament at the beach. Every year we come to town and try to find a place that will support our entire team. This community was it! The kids were able to walk to each other's houses. We had multiple families saty to and share places. This house in particular was perfect for us. We had 2 families stay. Each of the adults had a king sized bed and private bath. The additional 2 room's were plenty of space for the 5 boys we had, as well as giving them their own bathroom.
I do wish Vacasa could figure out a way to I clude the pool/amenity passes I to the cost of the rental. Working out a deal with the club would be nice, it's hard to justify $700 for a family to enjoy the pool.
We will 100% be staying again!

We adore the Bayside community and look forward to booking our 3rd visit. However we will not be using this house again. From barely any pots and pans to cook with, some cleanliness issues, and items being pictured that were not there like a pool table our Bayside visit was a bit of a let down. As always though, the Bayside amenities are second to none and there are some spectacular restaurants nearby.
