Lower floor - Room with glass table with 04 chairs; kitchen with: sink, cabinets, household items, stove, refrigerator, microwave, tank; social bathroom with shower; 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bunk bed, closet, air conditioning; 1 suites with 02 single beds that work with double bed, 1 nightstand, closet, ceiling fan, air conditioning, bathroom with shower. We have pillows.
Upper floor - Large living room with 01 2 seater sofa and 01 3 seater sofa, 2 blue chairs, 2 armchairs sofa bed, 1 coffee table, 1 extra double mattress, TV, 1 extra fan, 2 clothesline; 1 Large balcony with barbecue: with sink, shower, collapsible awning, 1 white table with 6 stackable chairs. Located approximately 330 m from Praia Grande-Ubatuba, close to markets, pharmacy, bakery.
You need to bring only bed linen, bath, kitchen towels, table cloth.
The entrance time can be agreed in advance considering:
Check in time: from 8:00
Check Out Time: 10:00 h
Note: arrival in the morning the departure must be in the morning, if you need to leave in the afternoon will be counted more 01 daily. (Pre-set this information before booking)

Tudo estava muito limpo e tinha tudo conforme o anúncio! Apenas a TV que estava com a imagem ruim e o banheiro social vaza água quando usa o chuveiro molhando todo o banheiro. O restante superou as expectativas!

Ótimo imóvel, bem cuidado, localização excelente, fui muito bem atendido pelo zelador, a única crítica que tenho é sobre a televisão, pois poderia ser mais moderna, como eu estava com crianças, senti falta de poder colocar filmes e algums desenho, porém nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia.
