The aircons are good. Cold as good. Great and friendly staff. Its good that there strict in terms of visitors
The smell of the place. The dust in the beds that trigger my allergic rhinitis. They didnt tell us the instruction that we need to open the general switch and everything before we enter the place as we panic how to do it because we never do it and not familiar with it. So we need to used our US number to contact the PH number caretaker but no response. Good thing owner is easily message me back.

Big space and clean
Unresponsive, not organize, they will not entertain your cancellation waiver so better to decide the final date before booking, no fix slot for parking(only first come first serve in avida)
