Sir Joey is very responsive and accommodating. The unit has a pretty interior, spacious and comfortable. Calathea DMCI security guards are all nice and helpful.
You need to go to the basement office to pay and register those who will swim. It took almost an hour because the management didn't inform the unit owners that they just changed the policy to a maximum of 5 guests regardless if you're in a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom unit.

Secure, close to transportation. Clean and contained all that was needed for our stay.
The electric stove top unit didn’t come with directions, had some trouble understanding how to work it. Would have appreciated the TV in living room area to have more selections than just the 3 local channels which were not clear or watchable.

the location was nice , it was close to everything.
Air conditioning is a little weak and the toilet gets easily clogged, had to call owner for maintenance person to check for us, but he was very responsive.
