everything! very fine hosts Valeria @ Augustino. close to highway, but quiet location. a train station is nearby. some restaurants are in walking distance. beautiful garden and even a swimming pool.

Stay a peace with amazing hosts. Highly recommended
I usually book apartment Airbnbs and not on this site. But was happy to find this gem in this site. We had an amazing stay at this place. I was travelling by car so this place was apt for me to visit florence, cinque terre, Pisa, Lucca etc during my 4 night stay. There was ample parking space available inside. The place was very secure. The hosts were very kind and warm and welcoming. I was initially skeptical as the hosts just spoke italian and I dont speak italian. But that never was an issue and we were made to feel at home. So much of space at your disposal outside was a blessing. The host was very responsive to all the communication. I can surely say that this was among top 4 nights during our stay in Italy. There are quite a few restaurants around and if you have a car then plenty of options in 10 min vicinity. Check in and check out was very smooth. I surely would stay here again and highly recommend this place.
This is not a serious issue, but a personal suggestion .I always select apartment which have both washer and dryer. Dryer was listed but it can be used only during winters. Booking.com should mention that in the listing. But that was not a problem as there is ample drying space with provision to dry as many clothes outside. And as we visited during summers it was no problem drying clothes ( and saving the environment).

Superb
A fantastic location with a beautiful organic garden. Lots of space in and outdoors. Our hosts Valeria and Augustin were splendid, we had a warm welcome and had very nice contact. A super place to either relax or as a base for day trips. Highly recommend.

La struttura é molto bella, ampia e comoda. Il parcheggio all’interno é molto sicuro per 2 o 3 macchine.
É apprezzabile che il bagno sia adatto per persone con disabilità. Per i non disabili, il WC risulta alto e scomodo.

Wunderschön und gemütlich, trotz Mücken!
Die Unterkunft ist super gemütlich eingerichtet, verfügt über eine mega Ausstattung und sieht von außen aus, wie auf den Bildern! Total hübsch! ☺️ Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit und bieten sogar eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, zur Nutzung, an! Schade, dass die Verständigung ein bisschen schwierig war, aber mithilfe der modernen Technik konnte man sich helfen! 😜 Die Lage ist perfekt für tolle Ausflüge nach Siena, Pisa und Florenz! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter!
Tatsächlich war das Einzige nicht so schöne, die Mücken! Sobald man die Unterkunft verlassen hat, waren sie an einem. Also dringend an Mückenspray und lange helle Kleidung denken!! 🙈 Evtl. noch Fliegengitter für die 3 bodentiefen Fenster/ Türen mitbringen. Aber dafür können die netten Vermieter nichts! ☺️

Il paradiso 🤩
Casa meravigliosa già le foto parlano da sé ,i proprietari due persone squisite e molto ospitali un paradiso dove si raggiungono facilmente le città principali della Toscana, casa dotata di ogni comfort la piscina ad uso esclusivo è qualcosa di fantastico abbiamo passato 3 giorni stupendi ci torneremo sicuramente ♥️
