A warm and welcoming home-away-from-home! Spotlessly clean with everything you may need.

This lovely apartment felt like home. We are half way through a 3 month vacation and really needed some time out to recharge our batteries. Sara’s lovely apartment felt just like home, warm and inviting. The very well appointed accommodation was just what we were looking for. Sara’s communication was perfect! We would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect stay in Tuscany

This is a perfect apartment in the heart of Monsummano. The master bedroom is perfect with a lovely balcony and views of Tuscany. The second bedroom is a kids with two single beds, we just pushed them together, which was fine. The kitchen is massive with everything you could need, lounge too with impressive DVD collection. Sara was excellent with communication, sending instructions prior to gain access. She was also kind in giving us an extended check-out, which was very helpful - thank you :) We are keen to stay again and will probably book both apartments and come with more family.

Really only a couple small tweaks would be to have a kitchen sponge for dishes, an extra dishwasher tablet and extra toilet roll. General cooking ingredients like oil, salt and pepper would only add to the experience.

Complete, friendly and relaxing.

The apartment was very spacious, it was bigger than we were expecting from the photos. Everything you could need was available at the apartment. There was also a great selection of entertainment with a big TV. Nice balconies with nice views over the small town. There are supermarkets nearby. The host was very friendly and always reachable through whatsapp, he always replied quickly and with plenty of information. The town is right inbetween Pisa and Florence, and these cities are easily and quickly reachable by highway. Overall, we had an excellent experience!

Excellent family apartmeny

If you would like to explore Toscana, or to enjoy in your vacation with your family, simple this apartment with its great location is for any recommendation. Great host, with fast and kind support from any aspect are great added value on top. App is big and comfortable, very clear with full functional equipment. Wifi is stable, audio player with amazing CD collection is also available for use according to your mood. Parking is always available where two big trees make a nice shadow for your car. Thumbs up!

A great place to stay while visiting Toscana.

Spacious apartment with all the facilities. We valued the intimacy and privacy of location. The barbecue area it was a pleasant discovery as well as the charcoal grill bag. We kindly appreciated the bottle of wine and cookies found on our arrival (after midnight and all shops closed).

The mattress from child bedroom needs to be changed being sagged, no support, our daughter had to sleep with us in the main bedroom.

Wonderful accommodation with a great view and excellent equipment. Recommended!

Very comfortable and big appartment with all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave oven, ...) and a balcony with a splendid view! Ideal location for visiting cities like Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, ... Very helpful owners who live nearby, which is very handy if you need any help. The highway is nearby, but you don't hear any traffic at all.

There is free wi-fi which has an excellent connection in the bedroom, but is of rather poor quality in the living room. It didn't bother us very much on holiday, but it can be an issue if you really need internet :-)

Schöne Wohnung mit Aussicht in der Toskana

Tolle Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Sara ist eine tolle Host, die telefonisch erstklassig erreichbar ist. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert über eine Box.

El apartamente es muy amplio, cálido y luminoso. Hermoso lugar para estar varios días. Además nos regalaron un vino local muy rico con unas galletas riquísimas.
