All your cares will simply melt away the moment you walk in the door of this beautifully appointed Florida 2nd floor condo featuring golf, tennis and beach access. Pelican Sound is a resort style and very private, gated community . Our condo features serene golf course and wildlife sanctuary views from your private lanai and living room - sunrise and sunset! The kitchen, stocked full with everything you'll need, features granite countertops and high-quality Pottery Barn glass and dinnerware. Bedrooms are comfortable, private and quiet (blackout curtains!). Pull-out couch sleeps 2. Condo sleeps 6. Condo comes with all the goodies you'll need to make your Florida stay comfortable including 2 bicycles (men and women), beach chairs and umbrella, pool noodles, tennis racquets, mens right hand golf clubs, plenty of beach towels. Beautiful pool, jacuzzi & lounge chairs are only a 20-second second walk from the front door. Gas BBQ grills are next to the pool. All amenities are clean, well-maintained and in perfect condition. Surf the internet from the pool!
You'll receive full membership to Pelican Sound Golf and River Club including access to 27 holes of some of the best golf (and practice facilities) in South West Florida. The community features new lighted tennis and pickle ball courts 4 top-notch restaurants, huge family pool complex (in addition to your very own community pool), large state-of-the-art fitness center, bocce ball complex and basketball court. There's even a kids playground complete with kiddie-pool and waterfall! Here's the best part - PSGRC is one of the few clubs with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Take a leisurely AND FREE beach-access cruise directly from our community dock to the Gulf and out to Lovers Key. Spend the day or a few hours on white-power beaches. Watch dolphins along the way. You also can take a kayak down the Estero River. All for FREE!

We loved our stay at Pelican Sound. The amenities are wonderful and having access to three different golf courses a definite plus. The condo is well equipped and had everything to make our stay comfortable.
The owner was easy to communicate with and very informative.
Looking forward to returning next year!

This accommodation is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Pelican Sound is a beautiful development; a perfect place to chill and relax with golf, tennis and pickle ball etc all right there.
Duke, the owner, is a perfect gentleman and made sure we had a wonderful vacation. Communication with him was excellent from start to finish.

Had a great stay. Beautiful view of golf course. Home was delightful. One suggestion would be a dresser in the guest room
Weather was beautiful and the amenities at Pelican sound are terrific !
