About this apartment rental
Location, Location, Location! Light, bright and comfortable condo! Close to Pool for those hot sunny days. Full kitchen with granite counters and all the expected amenities of home: microwave, stainless self-cleaning stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, many miscellaneous kitchen gadgets, blender, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc., and even a washer and dryer. New windows and wood shutters as well as diagonal tile floors are throughout. Skylights brighten the kitchen and bath. There is a 50' big-screen TV in the living room. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A small patio seating area in front is a great spot to enjoy your coffee in the mornings. The condo faces the pool. One covered parking space is provided and there is plenty of street parking close by.
This is a one-level condo in a small complex so it is easily accessible and quiet with no one above. Location cannot be beat with Old Town within easy walking distance; coffee shops, galleries, restaurants abound and Hayden green belt is one block away with access to hiking, biking, and golfing or just strolling. Highway 101 is under a mile from complex so you can easily get to the airport or other areas of Phoenix.
UTILITIES: Cable and internet as well as all utilities are included in the High and Shoulder Seasons, however for stays longer than 2 months in low season, electricity will not be included , ALL other utilities are included.

The host was very quick to respond & helpful. Good location,..homey &.comfortable inside & great price. Two minor issues should be addressed. Toilet seat falls off and kitchen faucet sprayer has a crack.Enjoyed my stay & will definately stay again Thanks again

Condo was cute and well kept! The furniture was comfortable and the rooms cozy. We’re so glad we were able to stay here during our visit in town.

We have stayed at this property several times and it is always very clean and well appointed. It is in a very convenient location for us.

This property is well located to be close to many activities bustling with many people. Maybe too much for older adults. The house was quiet and good sized except for the small single bath. The living area was crowded with outdated and uncomfortable sitting pieces and the round dining table too large for the area it was in. Beds were fairly comfortable. The kitchen cabinets were stuffed with old cookware and mismatched dinner ware and glasses. Several were full of cooking supplies of questionable quality. Long term renters will want more room for their own stuff.
