The attached garage has parking for 1 car and an additional spot within this gated community is available for guests.
The pool, which is gated and for the community's private use, also has a hot tub. A BBQ grill is available for guest use at the pool as well.
The Primary BR and Guest BR each have a queen bed. The living room sofa also has a comfortable queen pull-out bed for additional guests.
We recently installed new tile and new window shades throughout the unit. The bathrooms, including the showers, have been remodeled. The kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops and a farm sink.
The kitchen is fully stocked including coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and hand mixer.
Thoughtful care has been taken to provide the little extras to make your stay so memorable and enjoyable that you'll be eager to return.

Great communications from the host. Very comfortable & roomy unit. Location was especially nice since I could walk to Old Town, Fashion Square Mall, etc.

This place was very nice. Better than the pictures. It was clean, check in was easy, it had all the necessities and was close to everything. Great location. The owners were responsive and kind. I have no complaints and just appreciate the kindness and hospitality!
