About this apartment rental
This is a great 3 bed/2 bath condo with a 2 car garage. The kitchen features granite counter tops, all appliances, cookware, utensils and dishware. The living room features a cozy fireplace and a Hi-Def flat screen smart TV with Netflix! The master bedroom features a queen sized bed with a Hi-Def flat screen TV as well as a dresser and chest of drawers for plenty of storage space; there is also a desk in the master bedroom with a wireless printer if you are in town for work. The master bedroom also offers a private bath with double sinks, an oversized bath tub and a large walk in closet! The second and third bedroom both feature a double sized bed with a Hi-Def flat screen TV in both rooms and also offers plenty of storage for clothes.
If Scottsdale is known for anything it’s these three things: baseball, golf and spas—and there’s plenty new on the scene here. Just a few miles away you can enjoy many great restaurants, coffee bars, wine bars, boutiques, galleries, and spas. Also, located in Scottsdale is the Scottsdale Fashion Square and Kierland Commons which has some of the best shopping in the valley. We also minutes away from: Waste Management Open at TPC, Old Town Scottsdale, West World, and Barrett Jackson. Do you like baseball? Fifteen Major League Baseball teams conduct spring training in Arizona, and devotees have flocked to watch the Cactus League players warm up for the season since 1947. After enjoying an afternoon at the ball game head over to the Talking Stick Casino which offers great entertainment and restaurants. The valley also offers some of the best golf courses in the United States. There are nearly 200 Scottsdale-area golf courses to choose from as well as 330 plus days of sunshine annually. Nearby golf courses include: Kierland, Gainey Ranch, Talking Stick, Grayhawk, Troon North, and the TPC Champions and Stadium courses! We are also minutes away from the Phoenix Zoo and the Phoenix Desert Botanical Gardens. If you want to head to Downtown Phoenix we are 20 minutes away.

This was our third stay at this condo. We did not stay there last March because the owner was going to be there. We were happy to see the new flooring this year but unfortunately, it was not clean. We mopped the floors 5 times in 3 weeks trying to get them clean. Also, there are some maintenance projects that should have been completed while the owner was there. The welcome mat is tattered, the screens on the windows need replacing and the faucets need to be replaced. We love working with Chris who manages the property but more maintenance would make this a top tier property. It is an excellent location and offers great security.

Summer rental for 3 adults working in the Phoenix area. Easy freeway access. Nice end unit. Highly recommend.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, lush bath towels, recliner leather sofa, tons of tv channels, and a great location. Condo is close to all sorts of activities, not to mention shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and YMCA. Owner was very accomodating., check in/out procedure could not have been easier. Condo is in a gated community.
