[NEW!!] Next to DisneyWorld, ThemedRooms, 5B4B, BBQ&Poolheat

The house was very clean. The location was A for a trip to Disney and Universal. The host was very responsive. The community pool was a 3 minute walk with a delightfully warm big pool and lazy river. We had a great time. But….we have stayed in many VRBOs. I have never stayed in one so lacking in accoutrements. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Not a single item in the pantry. No salt. No coffee or filters. They want you to wash towels before you leave, but no detergent. They threaten to charge you if they have to do more than 3 loads of laundry. How do we use fewer bedsheets? Everywhere else we have ever stayed had at least a few basics in the kitchen. Not hereThe pool had free heat. That was a major reason we booked here. The pool was heated to a frigid level. Yes it’s January, but the community pool was comfy. Not the private pool in our unit. And the beds, while comfortable, were sooooo squeaky. Don’t you dare roll over or you wake the whole family A few bucks spent on some kitchen essentials and better mattress pads could easily take this to 5 stars. And if you don’t want to heat the pool, charge for pool heat. I would have paid (and I even asked if I needed to before my trip and was told no need)I really liked the place but it’s the finishing touches that make a place special. They seemed to actively try to avoid those.

This was a family vacation ranging in age from 3 to 60 and all had a great time. The home was big enough that we were not tripping over each other. The 4 children loved the pool and the club house area. It was close enough to Disney that we could go early and come back to the house for the afternoon then back to Disney to see the fireworks in the evening. We had a great time.

Stayed here for 10 days and could not fault the house! It is amazing.The only downfall is you are a bit away from shops and restaurants ubers are very cheap. Will definitely stay again!

The space in the house is great for a family gathering. Plenty of room for sleeping/eating/visiting. The development amenities are very nice-pool, clubhouse, activities, etc. A few heads up items that you don't know till you get there. You have to provide your own dish soap, trash bags (they give you 2), toilet paper (you get one roll per bathroom). They tell you to start the laundry for housekeepers and that there is soap provided, there wasn't. The coffee maker was broken. Housekeepers said they would bring a new one and never did. The interior door handle fell off the back door. We messaged owner and never heard back. You have to bag your own trash. No problem. However the people ahead of us left loose trash in the bin that the trash pick up people left. The house instructions say if you leave this kind of thing it will be deducted from your deposit. So we cleaned up their trash for fear of being billed. If you have a car you have to go to the clubhouse to get a parking pass or risk being towed. This was not shared with us. The space is great but the written instructions before check-in should include this kind of info. Oh and it is a perk for the housekeepers for guests to leave items that they can take home! Never heard of this in any rental before. This was a first in many rentals that we had to provide these items.
