Great location and Staff was excellent

I thought the accommodation would be a bit nicer. Very dated and too rustic for me. Perhaps it was overpriced because of Presidents weekend but the location is why they can command that price.

Location location location! I got a call from the front desk prior to my arrival to thank me for choosing the hotel. When we got there, the keys were on our door like they said it would be. We walked to the restaurants and shopping. This was a GREAT value for the location. Perfect for our dog too and the additional charge wasn’t bad either.

The location was excellent to our needs of walking to explore the area and find a great restaurant.

My husband had never been to Sedona. We only booked for one night stay, we are busy planning our next trip there!

Decent hotel in a good location.

sThe hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the back porch with the red rocks in the background. That was a great asset.

The room was a bit small with little passing room around the bed. In fact I bang into the bed and hurt my knee as I was passing the bed,

Sedona's best bargain.

Located right at the end of Uptown Sedona, a convenient walk to good food and fantastic views. Barry was most helpful and accommodating.

Sedona's natural beauty meets European provincial charm

Sedona's natural beauty meets European provincial charm (with a microwave, coffee maker & bar sized fridge inside the room). Rooms are not all the same, so depending on your mobility & ability to carry your own luggage up stairs can depend on the room you get. If you can carry your own luggage upstairs, highly recommend getting an upper floor room, as the views of the red rocks are worth it. Family member, with a cane, had no problem with lower floor. Many outside areas to sit & enjoy your coffee, cocktail or other renters company. 1 parking space assigned to each room. Sedona is a dark sky city, so a short walk to a back parking lot behind the arts building offers great viewing of the sky, so bring your flashlight for the walk & binoculars for sky viewing. We enjoyed the rustic charm & would stay here again.

If you require perfection & 24 hr staff, this is not the place for you.

Very poor night of sleep.

Location was great!

Smoke alarm started going off every minute at 2:00 am because battery needed to be replaced. We had to remove it and bring it outside until we left. Also facility in need of updating. Couch cushion had hole in it as an example.

Very friendly receptionist/staff who helped us out with planning hikes and seeing the best in a short amount of time The location is right in the heart of Sedona close to cafes and restaurants that are actually open until 9 pm. Our room had a great view of one of the red rocks, which was especially nice at sunset. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was not a problem for us but maybe a bit far from the start of the main hiking trails but still very accessible by car in a short amount of time (around 10 to 15 mins)
