La terraza, la ubicación y el tamaño de las estancias
Uno de los baños y la escalera tienen un problema de olores, aunque la anfitriona tiene un aparato de ozono para eliminarlos y según el día se eliminaba el olor

La terraza, la independencia entre las dos habitaciones, la limpieza y la disponibilidad de todo lo necesario para vivir.
Por poner un pero, la dificultad de acceder en coche hasta la puerta del edificio, pero tampoco supone un especial inconveniente en condiciones normales. Por lo demás, no encontré nada especialmente negativo.
