Todo perfecto, muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, todo nuevo y decoración muy bonita. Apartamento acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario.

Todo estuvo bien, solicitamos hacer check-in un poco antes ya que llegamos temprano a Zamora pero no era posible hasta la hora indicada de entrada.

The apartment is totally new and has everything that you need for a short period. I really recommend, but the owner needs to improve the check-in method to do not need a face to face contact, even in the covid scenario.

I did not receive any message regarding the procedures to do the check-in as I normally receive when I book a property. I had to arrive late due to personal reasons and I was not able to do the check-in, I had to rent a hotel for that night. Usually the property owner sends a access code to the main door and the key for the apartment is available in the build without the face to face contact. The shower water was cold sometimes and the owner went to the apartment to help. However, he said to open it to the right color which is hot and blue one is cold, that is obvious.
