Danny's Rural Suite

This place has everything you need for comfortable stay. Wifi, comfortable beds, kitchen, coffee. The view from balcony is amazing. The communication with owner was smooth and easy. Instructions was easy to follow. Overall i am highly sattisfied with our stay. There is nearby small shop and bar. Parking spot for car and also the bus stop.

Everything was great. But better to bring warm socks or sleepers as floor might be cold. However the place has a lot of warm blankets and heaters.

A wonderful location surrounded by mountains. The valley is beautiful for exploring and is out the busy-paced Funchal. It allows great access to hiking routes close by and you really feel like you are in the scenic part of the Island. It's a 25 minute drive down to the beach but the drive is beautiful. The accommodation is more modern than the pictures show. It is well furnished and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The family that own the place were also very kind and welcoming Truly I would recommend this - however I would say a car is needed if you want to stay here as isn't that connect to bus transportation if that is your main point of transport.
