A casa é enorme, preparada para grupos grandes. A zona exterior é perfeita para churrascos. A localização é boa.
A casa não tinha a limpeza que era esperada. O chão estava sujo, tinha teias de aranha por toda a casa, o edredão suplente estava cheio se nódoas.

Casa bastante espaçosa, com uma vista fantástica e um jardim enorme, acaba por estar super bem localizada para quem quer visitar toda a ilha.
A casa tem um potencial imenso, mas falta lhe muitos melhoramentos, desde humidade nos quartos e no wc, banheira com uma altura enorme. O sofá está um pouco degradado. A cozinha apesar de equipada uma máquina de café seria uma mais valia.
