The most pleasant stay at a hotel in many many years. All of the staff are the most exemplary at hospitality. Everyone goes completely out of their way to make your stay the most enjoyable one. Come on a Saturday and you will be treated to a show! Thank you everyone at Azureva. Can not recommend highly enough.

I would recommend this hotel for the value, friendly staff and great location.

My sister and I had a lovely stay at Azureva La Clusaz les Confins. We came to La Clusaz to ski for a few days and were able to rent and store all our equipment in house for a great price. Everyone from the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were also provided with transfer to the ski lift in the mornings so we were able to enjoy a full day on the slopes without having to worry about parking or shuttles. I wasn’t expecting much of the breakfast and dinner as this was included in our booking, but were happily surprised to find freshly made pancakes and hot croissants in the mornings (as well as what’s normally included in continental breakfasts), and enjoyed the buffet dinner at night after a full day outside. I would recommend this hotel for the value, friendly staff and great location.

No cleaning of the room during our stay, but not a dealbreaker for the price you pay.

Juste une chambre à 2 lits et pas un apparthotel à 3 lits

La vue

Réservation faite pour apparthotel avec cuisine et choix de 3 lits. Finalement, ça n’était qu’une chambre avec 2 lits et il n’est pas possible de manger au restaurant si la réservation ne l’inclut pas à l’avance. Or le site est magnifique mais excentré. Je n’ai pas eu ce pour quoi j’avais payé. On m’a dit que c’était parce qu’il y avait un autre établissement qui avait des apparthotels: alors pourquoi aies je eu les choix à sélectionner si ils n’étaient pas valables? Donc pas contente

Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant

Je souhaite un remboursement partiel pour la chambre qui nous a été réservé. En effet, via booking, il nous était décrit une pièce de 28m2 avec 2 chambres bien distinctes et un balcon. Hors, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux chambres communicantes et pas de balcon. L’annonce booking ne correspondait pas à celle d’Azureva. Cela n’est pas normal et nous sommes très mécontents.
