Perfect family stay

Property was beautifully set up perfect for a family weekend, spacious, clean, with enough tableware for a family of 7. Beds were beautifully presented, clean towels and bathrooms with good heating system. We had a lovely time and definitely would repeat!

Nice sized property with plenty of space for our group of 6.

Plenty of space, bathroom and 2 showers rooms, large dining table. Unfortunately, we don’t get to use the nice garden due to the weather

South Winds was just perfect for our family holiday. Plenty of space, good size bedrooms and a nice garden.

We did feel that South Winds wasn’t as clean as it could be. Some areas were pretty grubby. Also, some areas in the house are in need of repair.

excellent house, great feel, bright and a perfect location.

loved the open space and light filled extension. Beds and bedding were very comfy and the house was very clean. All needs seemed to be catered for in this house.

The house didn’t have anything major that I didn’t like. The recycling bin wasn’t big enough and the fridge didn’t always close fully. pretty minor stuff.

Fabulous property with excellent amenities. Felt like home from home!

The house itself is perfect for a sociable stay with friends or family. Perfectly located just a short walk to the town centre it makes for a great base for exploring the surrounding area. We were staying at the venue as we were getting married in the Cotswolds and the hosts were kind enough to leave flowers for us upon our arrival. Everything thought of, very clean and comfortable, highly recommend!

A couple of the towels were dirty when we arrived, but when I called the management team they were quick to sort so no issues at all.

BBQ and gorgeous setup in the garden Bedrooms comfortable and some equipped with fans Lovely big rooms Kitchen reasonably well stocked - especially plastic glasses

Poor communication re arrival and obtaining the key, WiFi information incorrect in the handbook so we were without internet for a while. 3 missed calls until we heard back from them. More clarity on what is provided, eg bbq coals, washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc

Lovely stay, would visit again.

Great location - very easy to walk into the village. Very comfortable beds. Lovely light airy kitchen/dining room area and a nice size garden with good seating.

Would have preferred more crockery, cutlery and glasses. I didn’t like having to run the dishwasher after every meal even though it wasn’t full. If guests wished to have friends visit for dinner it would be a problem, which would be a shame given the lovely huge dining table!

All in all a good base for exploring Bourton and its surroundings

Quiet peaceful location on the outskirts of Bourton but only a short and safe walk to the centre of the village along roadside paths. Comfortable accommodation for 7 people with a good kitchen dining space with doors opening on to a SW facing garden and patio area which had countryside views and was not overlooked

Although there were two en-suites and a house bathroom, the only downstairs toilet was in the en-suite to a bedroom, which meant a trip upstairs to use the toilet if the bedroom was occupied. Not a major problem but it would benefit from a separate downstairs toilet. Also we found that the fridge space was too small to hold the weeks shopping for 7 people. There is sufficient space in the kitchen to put in a bigger fridge.

Very nice house with a great kitchen for cooking, and a great family room for hanging out. The views out back with the yard and sheep was great. The privacy of the house was great and the location is excellent.

We could not figure out how to use the bottom oven.
